Before you order

Check the lengths you have selected and make sure there is suitable access and dry storage at the delivery address. Tell us about restrictions that could affect a delivery of long boards.

Delivery charges and timing

Your available delivery options and their total cost will be shown before payment once the shop launches. Availability depends on the delivery postcode and the items in your basket. Please contact us if you need to discuss a particular delivery date.

Receiving your boards

Check the packaging and goods when they arrive. If something is missing or appears damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can help. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Planning installation

Allow time to inspect and prepare the materials before arranging installation. Store boards flat in suitable dry conditions and follow the preparation and finishing guidance for the material you have chosen.
