Our products

Product pages describe the material, profile and available dimensions. Select each option carefully before adding a product to your basket. Photographs show the profile and general appearance; natural timber grain and colour vary, and colours displayed on screens may differ from the physical product.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The basket and checkout show the selected products and any delivery charges before an order is placed. Payment methods will be shown at checkout when the shop launches.

Your order

Please check the items, dimensions, finishes, quantities and delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once manufacture or dispatch has begun. We will explain the status of your order and any available options.

Inspection and installation

Inspect goods before cutting or fitting. Use suitable tools, fixings and finishing products for the material and installation. If a product appears faulty or incorrect, contact us before installation where reasonably possible so that we can put matters right.

Cancellation and returns

Our returns policy explains how to request a cancellation or report a problem. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
